The Group was founded by Ahsan Ullah Sikder, a seasoned Bangladeshi entrepreneur with over two decades of business experience in Vietnam and Dubai. Since 2006, he has led with vision, humility, and discipline — shaping Sikder Group into a resilient platform of growth across sectors and geographies.

Thi Thuong Nguyen (Lily) serves as the Managing Director of Sikder Group, leading operational execution and strategic oversight across the Group’s core markets in the UAE, Vietnam, and Bangladesh. With a strong foundation in international business and regional management, she plays a critical role in driving the Group’s cross-border performance and expansion.
Her leadership ensures each business vertical from global trading to real estate and hospitality is run with structure, compliance, and efficiency. Working closely with the Founder and on-ground teams, she aligns daily operations with Sikder Group’s long-term vision and values.
Known for her disciplined approach and results-driven mindset, Thi Thuong Nguyen brings sharp execution and operational clarity to the heart of Sikder Group’s global presence.
